Lecture Area application

Apply to present in the Lecture Area at Mind Body Soul Experience 2026. Sessions take place within the main hall and give presenters the opportunity to share knowledge, insight and expertise with show visitors.

About the Lecture Area

Sessions are 30 minutes long and free for visitors to attend. Complete the application form below and your submission will be reviewed by the Mind Body Soul Experience team.

Applications are reviewed by the event team If your application is successful, the Mind Body Soul Experience team will be in touch. Priority for allocation is given to applications from exhibitors at the discretion of Prime Impact Events & Media.

Equipment available

The Lecture Area includes microphone and screen support. If you plan to use a presentation, please make sure you bring the equipment required to connect your laptop.

Handheld microphone

One handheld microphone is available for use during your lecture.

Roaming microphone

One roaming microphone is available to support audience interaction and questions.

TV screen for presentations

A TV screen is available. If you want to use a presentation, please bring your own laptop with an HDMI port or the relevant HDMI adapter.

Before you apply

  • Have your name, company details, address, email and telephone number ready.
  • Confirm whether you or your organisation has booked a stand at Mind Body Soul Experience.
  • Choose your preferred day: Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
  • Prepare the title of your lecture.
  • Confirm the name of the presenter.
  • Prepare the presenter biography requested in the application form.
  • Prepare the lecture description requested in the application form.
  • Have a high-resolution image ready to upload alongside your description.
  • Add any additional information that may support your application.
  • Confirm that you are available to present the session detailed in your application.

Please note: the maximum image upload size on the current application form is 20MB. If your file is larger, please email it to gemma@primeimpact.co.uk.
