Tickets and entry
When is the show open?
Mind Body Soul Experience takes place on 16th, 17th and 18th October 2026.
Opening times are Friday 11am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 5pm.
Does one ticket include all three shows?
Yes. One ticket gives you access to Mind Body Soul Experience, OM Yoga Show and Vegan Life Live at Alexandra Palace.
Can I buy tickets on the door?
Yes, tickets are available on the door. You can also book in advance through the tickets page.
Which day is my ticket valid for?
Tickets are not date specific. A one day ticket is valid for any one of the open days, and a two day ticket is valid for any two days.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. You can show your ticket on your phone or device, but you must show the actual ticket with its barcode rather than only the order confirmation email.
Can I leave and re-enter the show?
Yes. If you leave the venue, make sure you have a valid wristband so that you can re-enter without paying again.
Visitor information
Do children require a ticket?
Children under 16 can enter the show for free when accompanied by an adult.
Are pets allowed at the show?
Only assistance animals are allowed at the show.
Is food available at the venue?
Yes. Vegan food and drink will be widely available throughout the event.
Alexandra Palace does not generally allow visitors to bring their own food into the venue, although there are some exceptions for special dietary requirements and allergies. For specific venue questions, contact Alexandra Palace on 020 8365 4343.
Are there cash machines at the venue?
No, there are no cash machines on site, so please plan ahead before travelling.
Travel and parking
Where is the show held?
Mind Body Soul Experience is held at Alexandra Palace, Alexandra Palace Way, London N22 7AY.
Can I park at the venue?
Yes. Car parking is available at Alexandra Palace. The current event information shows parking as free for the first 30 minutes and £2 per hour thereafter, with Blue Badge holders not charged.
Parking arrangements and tariffs can change, so please check the latest travel information before setting off.
Is there a shuttle bus?
Yes. A free shuttle bus is scheduled to run between Wood Green tube station and Alexandra Palace train station on all open days of the show.
Current show information states that shuttles start 30 minutes before the show opens and finish 30 minutes after it closes. Check the Directions page before travelling for the latest details.
What are the nearest public transport stations?
Alexandra Palace has its own rail station. The nearest Underground stations include Wood Green on the Piccadilly line and Finsbury Park on the Victoria line.
Accessibility
Is there disabled access at the venue?
Yes. Alexandra Palace is accessible to disabled visitors.
Is disabled parking available?
Yes. Disabled access parking spaces are available for Blue Badge holders in the Grove car park and East Car Park. Current event information states that Blue Badge holders are not charged for parking.
