The mouth (tongue, mucous membranes, gums) and its microbiota are the gateway to many diseases. Everything is connected from the mouth, from the intestines to the nervous system. Viruses, bacteria and deficiencies can all be read on the tongue. Master Jean-Marc, Naturopath and Nutritionist, brings to all of us a rational, uncorrupted common-sense explanation of our oral health, the signs to be aware of and the best habits to adopt to reach overall health.
