During the session, the participant lies down on a mat or sits comfortably while the sound therapist plays the singing bowls or gongs. The sound waves produced by these instruments penetrate deep into the body, creating a feeling of harmony and balance. As the vibrations continue, the mind begins to quiet, and the participant enters a meditative state.
