Choosing to consciously drink less or embrace sobriety is a journey of self-discovery and recording your thoughts, feelings, emotions, struggles and accomplishments is often beneficial. Early sobriety can be an emotional time and for many of us and it really helps to process our emotions if we write them down. We can start to identify our triggers and cravings as well as strategies for coping with them. Journaling and note taking gives us perspective in the moment and will is also useful to look back on. Join Sarah for a non-judgemental workshop where we question some of our beliefs, explore some of our stories and begin to let go of some of the ideas that haven’t necessarily always served us well. NB. There will be no obligation to share any private thoughts in this workshop. Please bring a notebook and pen/pencil.

I have spent the last 12 years coaching and mentoring people who’ve struggled with their addictions and mental health, I know that choosing to change our relationship with alcohol before we hit rock bottom is a powerful and positive choice to make. I am passionate about spreading the message that our lives can be joyful and fun on the other side of our drinking careers and there’s no need to feel lonely, stressed or bored on this journey. I am a trainer, public speaker, writer, coach, podcast host and soon to be published author.
