All classes / lectures are free on a first come first served basis, please arrive at the class / lecture areas 10 minutes prior to the start time and please remember to bring your mat for open all yoga class areas.
Join us for an introduction to the chakra system using a guided meditation focusing on each chakra individually. Enjoy an immersive sound bath featuring gongs, seven-metal singing bowls, and other instruments tuned to specific chakra frequencies.
Please ensure you bring your own yoga mat.
