Amara Lau, founder and director of HARMONYU UK, is a seasoned holistic healthcare expert and nutrition scientist with over 15 years of experience in advancing human wellness. With a background in Food Science (BSc) and Food Management (MSc) from the University of Surrey, Amara combines her expertise in nutrition with her passion for holistic therapies to create customized wellness plans for her clients. As a certified hypnotherapist, aura and chakra interpreter, Reiki practitioner, and specialist in micro-frequency and bio-energy therapies, she tailors treatments to foster balance and vitality.

Amara’s dedication to holistic health is evident in her diverse training, which includes Usui & Karuna Reiki, hypnotherapy, and chakra interpretation, among others.
